the 41st millenium, and the games good, but i might be a bit biased as i play the table top version of it, even though i haven't touched it in several months the way the gameplay is with the way of it being the best defense is offense, especially when you have a squad of terminators backed up by a landraider or two.

I got thru about 6 missions and then found GW and I havent been back. However, the game is huge and plays much like starcraft, C&C type games. the Juggernauts rule!

One of the "Best" RTS games I've ever played. Same level of graphics and camera style as Guild Wars. You can view from high above or zoom down to unit level. Excellent game play and very well balanced multiplayer.

tis one of the best stratagy games out there... still.
looking forward to the winter war expansion.
personally i think it a bit of a pity that the orcs can't swarm as i'd like them to. and they can't win any fights.

better than RTW IMO

graphics are fantastic, especially on full 3D camera.

one problem is the very elitist online community. after getting broadband a bit late i get booted from every game because i'm a n00b!!!11!!1!!!!!! apparently. (the fact that i have done the story on max difficulty and whupped the very few l33t players that haven't booted me.

best tactics is the good old eldar one: teleport bonesinger behind enemy lines, build two warp portals, launch an attack on their front using only the avatar and one mess load of Wraithlords. warp all infantry in... BOOM!

second best: full on orbital drop with space marines and use orbital bombardement... BOOM!!.

i have no clue what war hammer is about, but it looks pretty intresting, sadly the card shop near my house that held warhammer games every friday shut down and all the "nerds" with two duffle bags full of orcs and what not are left out in the cold... i feel this game will help them feel better.. i would love to try it, but i have way too much to do as it is

definitly a great game, and i like it more than most rts because there is rarely a dull moment, unlike AoE where u sit in your base FOREVER

I just downloaded it. It definitely rocks. I think this game will take up my time for a good couple of weeks before my next game comes out.
